Our
Story

We are a non-profit organization working to help create a safer, cleaner, more compassionate grooming environment for the pets we serve. Our goal is to help connect groomers in the state of Utah with caring pet owners, educational opportunities, and elevated standards of safety and care.

Pet grooming is an unregulated industry. UPPGA was created to be on the forefront in the case that regulation is ever introduced to Utah in order to set realistic expectations between groomers and pet owners.

Members of our organization are voluntarily pledging to uphold the UPPGA Code of Ethics, and the PPGSA Standards of care, safety, and sanitation in order to offer our clients the best grooming environment possible.
