At UPPGA, we are passionate about providing groomers with opportunities to grow their skills and knowledge through high-quality education.
We host and sponsor workshops and seminars on topics such K9 first aid & CPR, breed-specific grooming techniques, safe handling practices, and business development for grooming professionals.
Our goal is to empower Utah groomers with the tools and confidence they need to provide top-notch care, stay up to date on industry standards, and build thriving, successful careers.

Scholarship
UPPGA is proud to offer a low-cost education program where every dollar goes right back into our grooming community.
The funds we raise are used to provide free and affordable classes, essential tools, prizes, and scholarships to help groomers further their education. By keeping costs low and reinvesting in our local groomers, we make it possible for every groomer — no matter their experience level or financial situation — to access the resources they need to grow, learn, and succeed in their careers.

UPPGA isn’t just about education, it’s about building a strong, supportive community of groomers across Utah. We love hosting fun and meaningful events where groomers can connect, network, and celebrate our industry together.
From casual hangouts, dinners, and themed parties to our big annual Groomer's Ball, these events give us a chance to bond, share ideas, and lift each other up. Our goal is to create a community where every groomer feels welcome, supported, and proud to be part of something bigger.
