This innovative class explores the idea of how to run the marathon of grooming, not the sprint. In an age where groomers seem to be dropping like flies, how do we enact long term sustainability so we can keep going? We will be covering contributors from burnout to supportive care to toxic work environments to how to move our bodies and ergonomics to help support less injuries on the job! All of this together will prove that it’s possible to love this crazy career we’ve chosen long after the table has lowered for the day.
